Delivery Options

We offer 3 delivery options right across the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – ÂŁ9.95 for Small Orders under ÂŁ150 *excluding VAT
  • Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – ÂŁ24.95 for Medium to Large Orders over ÂŁ150 *excluding VAT
  • Click & Collect (Next working day) – FREE for all Orders
  • Free Standard Delivery on Orders over ÂŁ750 *excluding VAT

All of our delivery options are Monday-Friday, between 7:00am – 6:00pm, excluding UK public holidays and weekends.

Our Click & Collect service is available Monday-Friday, between 10:00am – 5:00pm.

Delivery cut off times

Please refer to our delivery timetable below to see a breakdown of our delivery times and cut offs. Our delivery times are based on the processing of your order as well as the transit time to deliver your order safely.

RETURNS POLICY

At Primo Bella Bathrooms, we understand that choosing your dream Bathroom can be a challenging yet exciting experience. That’s why we want to make it easier for you to shop your dream Bathroom without the hassle if you change your mind on your order. We offer the following as part of our Returns Policy: 

  • 14 days Money Back Guarantee Returns Policy (*Subject to terms below)

Returning Unwanted Item(s)

If you simply aren’t satisfied with the look, style, or size of your item(s), we offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee returns policy.

This is valid for a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to ensure you have total peace of mind. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the delivery date, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item(s) to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a full refund:

  • Item(s) must be returned in resellable condition
  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging
  • Item(s) must not have been used or installed (partially or fully)
  • Item(s) must be returned within the 14 day period

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. Any item(s) returned defaced, damaged, or not suitable to resell will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Process

To return your unwanted item(s), you will need to contact our customer services team via phone or email (see details below), providing your order number and clearly specifying the item(s) to be returned. Our team will then process your refund, to which you will receive confirmation by email.

All refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please note the bank may take up to 10 working days to process this.

Damaged Items

Whilst we have strict measures in place to ensure high quality standards, on very rare occasions you may find an item arrives damaged.

It is very important that you inspect your products once delivered and endeavour to let us know of any damages as soon as possible.

To qualify for a full refund or replacement of the damaged item(s), you must report the damage to us within 14 days of Delivery. You will need to contact our team

We will not accept damaged items under the following conditions:

  • If you do not report the damages within the 14 day period, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.
  • Items that have been used or installed (fully or partially) will not be accepted as damaged items.

Damaged Items Process

To report the damaged item(s), you must contact our customer services team via phone or email (see details below) within the 14 days and provide as much information as possible about the damages. Pictures may also be required to confirm this.

Once the damage has been confirmed, you can choose whether you would prefer a full refund or replacement. If you choose a replacement, we’ll ensure this is sent free of charge and within our standard delivery timeframe.

If you choose a full refund, this will be credited back to your original payment method as soon as possible. This can take up to 10 days to arrive.
